MARANATHA COMMUNITY FELLOWSHIP IS A NEW CHURCH IN THE AREA OF SHEPHERDSVILLE, KY. WE ARE PRESENTLY MEETING ON HWY 44 EAST BETWEEN THE PEOPLES BANK AND CHUCK'S AUTOMOTIVE IN THE SAME BUILDING AS SHEPHERDSVILLE CHIROPRATIC.

WE MEET EVERY SUNDAY MORNING AT 11:00 FOR WORSHIP AND FELLOWSHIP, ALSO AT 6:30 PM THURSDAY NIGHTS FOR PRAYER.

WE ARE SPONSORED BY THE PLEASANT GROVE BAPTIST CHURCH AND NELSON BAPTIST ASSOCIATION.

Parent to Parent: Lessons Learned

Begining Feb 19th at 7pm and continuing for 5 weeks Maranatha Community Fellowship will be hosting a Parent to Parent class. Refreshments will be provided. The class is free. If you have ever thought... gee, why didn't this kid come with an instruction manual? or... I just can't do this on my own. or.... come on, can't I do anything right? This is a pretty cool class. It might lift you up or tear you down, but at least help you to prepare for the next generation. Lord knows, we need it. Are you a grandparent, uncle or aunt, mom/dad, or anyone who cares about kids.... it's not a waste of time. Childcare will be provided. Proclaim

Thursday nights at 7pm, immendiately following the prayer meeting, we are going through the Proclaim course. If you wish to join us, just show up. This course is teaching us how to more effectively share our testimony and the Gospel.

WHAT WE DO

WE BELIEVE GOD HAS CALLED US TO REACH TWO GROUPS OF PEOPLE. ONE IS WE KNOW THERE ARE MANY OUT THERE WHO HAVE BEEN IN CHURCH, WHO GENUINELY LOVE JESUS BUT HAS BEEN TURNED OFF TO CHURCH BY THE POLITICS OF CHURCH. THEY HAVE BEEN HURT AND NOW DO NOT ATTEND. ALSO THERE ARE MANY WHO JUST DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE IN THE ORGANIZED CHURCH. WE WANT TO OFFER A DIFFERENT KIND OF FELLOWSHIP WHERE IT IS MORE RELAXED BUT STILL FIRM ON THE SCRIPTURES.
